*****ulent policy

Someone created a policy for me how I don't know. I sent them an email for refund they gave me a long procedure I still wonder why that procedure is not used to verify if I agreed to that policy at first they refused to share information of the person who opend a policy for me. Yes I found the refund after running around to submit a pile of attachments. Now they can't even give me feedback how they have dealt with this ******** who goes around opening policies for people.
