*****ulent policy

sanlam made a policy in my name without my permission, deducted straight from my parsal number, so hurt breaking having to go through all the trouble of canceling the so called policy, I don't even know the people covered on that policy but the surnames are the same with mine. i need the policy canceled and I must be refunded my money. I DID NOT ASK FOR ANY POLICY AND THIS IS AT MY MOST INCONVENIENCE.
