*****ulent policy

In February I noticed that on my payslip there is a policy from Sanlam Sky that was opened without my consent. I contacted Sanlam and I told them about this policy and the policy was cancelled. I was told that they will investigate about this *****ulent policy and their investigation is taking 12 weeks. I’ve been waiting for the outcomes of the investigation up until now I have not received any response. I contacted them via their call centre but I am not getting a straight answer the only answer that I am getting is that the case is with forensic. I’ve been getting that response from March up until today. The policy number for this policy is DS***5
