*****ulent policies without my permission

Last month which is April I noticed that sanlam sky is deducting 3 policies on my payslip worth R2033 without my permission. I went to Pinetown branch of sanlam on the 29 of April 2024 to report the matter. I was told to sign a cancelation form and bring my payslip as proof of deduction, an affidavit and copy of my ID and they told me the matter will be resolved.

When I check my payslip for may the policies are still deducting 2033. I went there again to report this. They told me my money will be refunded once the investigation is complete which CAn take not less than 3 months. In the Moment I can't pay for my child school fees and can't pay my water bill. The person who did this is known to the company. Please help Peter help me
