*****ulent deductions on my payslip by assupol proaperity

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding an Assupol Prosperity insurance policy that appears to have been opened using my personal details without my knowledge, consent, or authorization. I have never app**** for, agreed to, or signed any documentation for this policy.

I have recently noticed ******** deductions being made from my salary/payslip under this policy. These unauthorized debits are continuing, which I consider *****ulent and in breach of my rights under South African consumer protection and insurance regulations.
