I have filled forms for a death claim with sanlam vereeniging in January 2022 and its been one email after another requesting additional information but until now May 2022 still we haven't received any funds however my stepmother tried to claim in may 2021and was told I'm needed as I'm also one of the beneficiaries but now I'm being sent forms to sign over my rights to claim so who will be receiving the money if not me as a beneficiary and how long after sending documents does one get the funds
