TWO POT WITHDRAWAL

On the 1st of October I submitted my application for the withdrawal from the two pot, I submitted all the documents they need including my ID copy and bank statement. Phoned on the 13th of November to follow up on the payment and they told me that by the 19 of November 2024 I will get my money since all my paper have been verified.

No payment received on the 19th phoned on the 22 November they couldn't give me a clear answer what is happening on with my application.

Please assist me to get my money
