TWO POT WITHDRAWAL

I am aware that the number of withdrawal requests are huge, however I have submitted my request 7 weeks ago and although the estimated time for completion was 16 October, which was totally acceptable, now I have been informed it will be another 4 weeks! What is the point of applying for funds for emergencies then, if the pay-out was going to take 3 months! People that have requested from other financial institutions received pay-outs within 4 - 5 weeks.
