Two pot withdrawal - 40 working days=NO MONEY PAID OUT
I requested a two withdrawal on 23 September.
On the website when I logged in and on the WhatsApp it said estimated completion date: 15/10/2024.
Then I send a email to *** and they rep**** and said estimated completion date: 14/11/2024.
Now those dates passed and 40 working days passed. I filled everything in correct.
What is the problem???
