Two pot dysfunctional payout

I submitted my two pot withdrawal request on 9/9/24, the estimated payout was due 10/10/24. Trying to call their line is useless speaking to a virtual assistant wasting 10 minutes of airtime! It's now 15/11, and still no movement or payment, just excuses that they have a backlog...
