Two policys combined with out my authority need pay out

I R Engelbrecht whant to draw my retirement plan as i resigned from my job 2 years ago and not paying it any more i have two different policy s i whant to request the oldest one to pay out now they tell me no they count both off the policys with each one own policy nr as one policy what is unacceptable i never give them any authority to combine the two policys as one now only as iam already 40 years off age i am in financial difficulty due to my divorce etc and i need some cash so what must i do to get my oldest retirement policy to been paid out as it never come to my attention that if i got like 4 years later a new policy that they will combine it but still it shows two different policy nrs so what is the next step as sanlam is unwilling to assist me in this matter.
