Trust fund refund

I made a school fees quote for my daughter's 2024 fees in january only for the funds to be paid in April after my daughter was sent out of school,I called every day to make a follow up but everyday I was told the matter is being escalated...and when they finally decided to pay the paid double the amount on the quote into the school's account..I have been making follows up with messages and calls for them to fix the matter but there is nothing happening,the school is sending emails as well but as always no one bothers to get the school to refund the money into my daughter's account.
