Trouble claiming

I recently lodged a complaint here about assupol's cornerstone policy and it has not been solved. A year before my grandma passed on, while she still healthy and active, she asked me to call them and ask them if her policy exists and I can claim as her grandson and they said yes ... now I can't I need an executor...
