Traumatizing loan repayment terms.
Your loans balance do not decrease ...they are stagnant. I borrowed R20000, it says my balance is R19000 even after I have paid R1100 for 5 months now. I contacted you guys to increase the installment to R2000 but you refused. The R1100 that I'm paying every month seems like R110.00
