Traumatized and disappointed at how Sanlam makes their client suffer even more

I started the process of submitting a death claim since the 23 December 2020, when I called the Sanlam call center. I was told that I needed to complete forms to be able to submit the claim. This puzzles me as Sanlam is one of the biggest insurance and investment firms in SA. Even most businesses have move to paperless amidst this Covid pandemic. have logged a funeral claim at Sanlam of my late aunt on the 30 December 2020. We buried her on the 26 December 2020, I could not submit the claim as I struggled for days to get the forms in the correct state as the callcenter is just useless. The consultant that helped me take I the policy could also not help me with the claim and refers me to the forms and the callcenter. I only got the claim number yesterday morning, I tried to track it online using the link in the email I received but the link doesnt work. I called the call center 3 times yesterday and I get sent from pillar to post. This is so alarming and traumatizing, having to deal with the loss I suffered and now the debt I took out cos of the struggle I had to submit the claim in time for the funeral. Please help me get a status update on my claim, I do not have the airtime to call the call center everyday as the tracking link on the website does not work.
