Trauma policy putting you through more Trauma

I have submitted my Trauma benefit claim on the 24th of December 2014. The process of deciding usually takes 7-12 working days acording to their information but could take longer should they require more information. It now has been TWO months and a decision has still not been made. Every time i phone they say the still need to request a report from another doctor and another and another, which is fine, but they arent making it a priority. In the mean time i have medical bills which is hitting through the sky, which this policy can assist with. The one lady was so rude and just said they are under alot of pressure with alot of cases. But it doesnt seem like my case is a priority, no timeline, nothing. They do not keep you posted of the process. If i do not phone to find out what the progress has been i wouldnt know a thing.<br> <br> This is truly unacepptable. I have been diagnosed with advanced cancer and need the funds for medical expenses and even a bit of dignity as i would like to obtain a wig so that the children at the school i work for can stop laughing at me.
