Transfer of funds

I had requested my allocated financial advisor to facilitate the transfer of my provident fund from my previous employer to Sanlam.<br> <br> However this has proved to be a very frustrating time for me as my financial advisor has not been very helpful he has not given me feedback regarding the progress he says he will call me and he doesn't. He never calls me when he promises to call even worse HIS PHONE IS OFF when I try to get a hold of him.<br> <br> All I get is excuse after excuse but no remedial action<br> <br> I have even tried to streamline the process by giving him the contact details of the person he need to communicate with to facilitate the transfer.<br> <br> I believe that Sanlam would jump at this opportunity as I believed that it would mean more fund for them to manage and hence some more business.<br> <br> I am really disappointed as I have been made to feel like another number in your client case.<br> <br> I am considering over maybe asking another company to manage these funds I need transferred.<br> <br> If there is some at Sanlam that can assist please do URGENTLY<br> <br>
