Toxicology Report issue

Sanlam sky policy.My mother had a funeral policy for her brother who passed away in jail in 2010,My mother passed away last year still waiting on the toxicology report they said they needed to pay the remaining balance the case is closed and i have tried to no avail to get the toxicology report the investigating officer gave me the autopsy report till now the provincial forensic pathology laboratory has not found the report the head offices refuse to help me.Sanlam sky some how is finding every excuse possible not to pay the money please help
