Totally useless and has no care for the customer

The service from this place is beyond pathetic. I was told to get a qualifying product for Sanlam Reality to get a gym discount and when I actually want to then none of their service or platform works. Tried the Collective investment Scheme platform to invest in unit trust and the website keeps giving an error. Guess I should invest else where. Oh and they also dont specify which is the qualifying product apparently tax free and satrix isnt so you left with quite ****py investments to choose from. Got the Trust and Will dept to draft me a will and till today no response and they keep declining my Calls or dont pick up. Think I should just cancel my Reality and have nothing to do with this *********** company where nothing and no one works.
