total disregard of NCA and NCR by sanlam

I dont know if its lack of knowledge on the part of people who are employed by sanlam or what but im concerned. im concerned that all institutions i have credit with they have updated my october credit behavior and only sanlaam hasnt updated my credit behavior for october and im told that it will be updated by the end of november. it is absurd to hear this from an institution of long standing like sanlam. They disregard NCA and its regulation as it pleases them.
