TIRED OF WAITING

I just want to know when will sanlam pay my late father's provident fund money,impala time office send the nesessary documents to sanlam on the month of March this year the only thing that was missing was the tax number,which sanlam said they will apply for.everytime I call impala time office for update they always tell me that sanlam saidvthe money will be paid next week,always its next week,next week. am so tired of them always giving us false hope.MY FATHERS NAME IS ISIDRO TOMO VACHISSO WITH A PASSPORT NO.AC002825.its very hard to wait for something that u and ur family need sooo long
