This year I went to claim for one of my family who passed away. Only to find she's not covered together with my father. The broker removed them both and cover the children and surnames are not correct. But they are saying I wrote them. How would I write w
I have joined assupol prosperity in 2007. Then 2020 other broker came where I'm working. He convinced me that he was from assupol. They work together with the assupol prosperity. We agreed that he will cover all my dependent family. He asked me to sign of which I did.

not covered and why the broker removed them and my father. But old one it had covered them. You see now it's your fault. The names they have showed me not written by me. Wrong surnames. I want my old insurance assupol prosperity. Return my policy there as soon as possible
