So I needed to try reality and joined but after joining got to see how useless of a product it is and cancelled as it will not work for me and the below just shocked me considering I didnt make use if a single benefit 🥲 We’re already busy attending to your enquiry – we can confirm your membership is cancelled, and that your benefits will cease with immediate effect. Sanlam Reality has a 30 (thirty) day notice period for cancellations, this means that you will still be liable for one month’s membership fee.
