Thinking of using Sanlam, RUN RUN RUN

Trying to get hold of Sanlam? You won't, send a WhatsApp you don't get an answer, send an email you won't get a response, thinking of calling you'll waste all your airtime and still no one will answer. I am literally trying to get info on my policy, they're happy to take your money but don't try and get hold of them you won't. I am disgusted by the poor service.
