A ladie from sanlam approached me and presented a policy to me and I loved it and it was affordable.The we started with the paperwork and the first suspicion act she came to mr with the blank form she said I must just sign she will fill the details because she doesn't want to delay me in my work and I signed no problem. I instructed her to make the debit oder to my account not stop order and she agreed and that was the done deal and we agreed on R389.00 the premiumof the policy . Two months later i see the policy is on my persal and now its not the amount of agreement now its R531.00 when I asked her she told me that she counted wrong, then I asked her why she didn't inform me atleast she didn't answer me and when I called her again She told me that she is in Eastern Cape on maternity leave if i don't a policy anymore I can go cancel it, am like who does that. There must be something done with this skelem lady how many poeple she had robed and they didn't notice if sanlam have people like this working for them am worried this lady is a tatol disgrace to her job.
