I'm not even going to go into depth as to what I've been through with sanlam as that would exceed most of my day. I will say do not ever use them!! They lie to clients and change their story. Sanlam is probably the worst insurance company in south africa and can not get their facts straight !! Please save yourself the headache go with someone else..
