They treat me bad

My uncle passed away in so l put the claim to Assupol they don't want to pay me they say me and my uncle we are not related. My uncle is John Mafunda and since l've been paying my premium so good.Now they are coming with stories.lm so hurt bcz l still have my niece in the policy meaning they won't pay if anything happen to them.lnstead of paying me they send my premium back with out asking me.Please help me with this matter its frustrating me. Thnk you
