The worst disappointment and poor treatment

Am so disturbed and disappointed by how assupol has been treating me the whole month,iv been calling to cancel my policy ever since November and they don't want to assist me,as for emails they don't respond each time on call the consultant will ask you lot of question after you answer she will say I will send email/sms within 3-5day to show you that it's cancelled upto this date nothing

The rep that opened the policy for me can even bother to assist.this I'll treatment now if I die what will happen to my kids if they claim.this a true evidence that even the claim won't be paid they will take them piller to post

Assupol please do the right thing am feedup,I want my policy to be camcelled with immidate because iv been calling before wanting to add my grandchild still I can't win,you guys a useless
