The rudeness of the staff of assupol festival mall

The customers service at festival mall stinks,i went to festival mall assupol office believe you me I don't know what took me there coz last of last week I went to Pretoria menlyn the service I received at Pretoria office was remarkable not the nonsense ******** customer service me and my gf received from unknown consultants a male and a female,i went to withdraw money from my policy guess what?I don't how much I withdraw that's how rude and unprofessional she was I asked a question instead I was taught English instead of being answered in a very rude way as for the gentlemen who was assisting my gf he is worse than the lady I don't know if this behavior. Is what you teach them to serve us
