the longest claims process ever

<p>Its has been a month now since starting with a clams process at SANLAM, I have spoken to four different people at sanlam and every time i get told the same thing, they promise to call me back and no one does, they keep asking me for the same documnets that i have sent twice already. I was on the line for a almost a half an hour now with still no outcome. It is ridiculous that it is taking so long and 4 peolpe working at the same place could not assist me properly. </p>
