The extra mile, Glen is the Man!!!

This is a late review, but i am extremely pleased with service I have received from The switch board operator by the name of Glen on 4 October 2018. He out did all the trained consultants in ensuring that I get assisted. I was getting very frustrated with being transferred back and forth without any assistance, he took my call and made my day! Glen even made sure to call me back to be sure that my query was resolved. The query did indeed get resolved and my refund was also credited. This guy definitely deserves a promotion! He went beyond his call of duty.
