The Award for the most *********** Agent goes to Alesson Solomons from Sanlam!!!!
I called in today to request assistance with withdrawing my funds from the tax free account as i have an emergency. I spoke to a very rude lady by the name of alesson soloms, I told her I do not have an access to a printer and that the last lady I spoke to was able to assist me on line. Alesson was rude and condescending, she told me that I have attitude before disconnecting the line on me.
please assist me with my withdrawal and cancel my account. I will move to a company that trains it's employees on customer service.
