Assupol

<div>My family has been traumitised by assupol. The assupol agent who was helping my grandmother to sign up for the assupol funeral policy made herself beneficiary of the insurance. This she did **********ly as my father's name as the beneficiary was there on the original form. When we called last year to see if her policy was in order that is when we saw this. We called Assupol and they said this will be changed as it was an "error" from their side. Fast forward to 2022 15 February my grandmother died and we went to Assupol and guess who was the beneficiary? Yes their agent was the beneficiary the one who was filling our form. Assupol has been sending my father from pillar to post and they don't want to pay. We buried our grandmother without the assistance of Assupol. This company is ***********. Iam very angry at them . We showed the form where my grandmother signed and the agent who was filling the form. I'm disappointed at these guys . Use them at own risk</div>
