Thanks for 5 star service!

I needed my Sanlam policy to be paid out quickly when I turned 55 in April 2016. I spoke to my broker twice before and realized working through him is going to take VERY LONG getting my money. I phoned : “KLIËNTESORG VERTEENWOORDIGER: Klagtes” and spoke to Elna van der Merwe. She was extremely helpful and forwarded me the do***ents to be filled out and list of do***ents they needed from me. Elna kept me up to date with emails regarding the payout of the policy and was extremely helpful and very friendly. I received an email and phone call after 5 days by Jolette Stemmet to confirm the money will be in my bank account within 2 working days. Two working days later the money was in my account! I was amazed and really happy that I received such good service from Elna van der Merwe and Jolette Stemmet. Thanks for 5 star service!
