Thank you Sanlam

Few days ago I complained about yet another poor and slow service that I had received from Sanlam. I am happy to say that my query was resolved promptly. Thank you to Vuyelwa who contacted me, she was so professional and understood everything that I was complaining about. She also confirmed that the claim that I have already submitted is captured to be hassle free going forward. I was finally able to pay my son's transport driver. I am looking forward to a even greater service from Sanlam. Thank you to everyone who dealt with my matter accordingly.
