Terrible turn around times

<p>i cancelled my policy around 09/12/2016, and initially Sanlam gave me a date to finalise the request 14/12/2016, this date came and gone and was given yet another date for the 30/12/2016!! How is it possible for you guys to take over 3 weeks to finalise somethig. I have provided all documentation required and am at my wits end. </p> <p> </p>
