Terrible to wonderful

I was not happy that my fact that my Sanlam reality was not cancelled but Orlando (from Sanlam reality )really helped and made sure mine and my fiancé’s issue was resolved. Thank you so much for your help I really appreciate it . You were kind and patient! , I did try and do the after call survey but it said the number was invalid
