Terrible service, stay away!

Stay away from this company, it’s a ****! I took a self service online Policy, did everything correct, nobody contacting me for past 5 days, my client portal have no information about my me/ my cover but I got a debit check on my bank.

When I call I hold for more than an hour, there is no answer, lines are busy, when they answer you get no help from agents they clueless and keep transferring your call until it drops!

What a worse experience!
