Terrible service received from manager !!!

I am absolutely disgusted in the service I received from a KATHY STADLER, my mom and myself lodged a complaint about service from an agent in the contact centre and it was referred to her , she also send conflicting information and not all the documents required at the same time and when said I wanted to complain she has the audacity to call me and tell me that she is helping me and that normally we would have to deal with Computershare directly , speaking over me and not giving me a chance to speak when I asked to speak to her manager she said she is the manager and when I asked to speak to her boss she put the phone down in my face.<br> Please can this call be traced and listened too .i have called back to the office and when I asked to speak to her manager Kathy kept asking me who she is talking too and refused to direct the call , I feel utterly disgusted that no sensitivity has been given especially since this is in regards to my father's estate. My first complaint was with regards to a rude agent now a rude manager???
