Terrible service from Sanlam on 2 pot withdrawal

I have processed a two pot withdrawal claim and l have not gotten any feedback from Sanlam no updates nothing they secure system profile thing does not give any updates as well and this is completely stupid , l have tried calling was on line for 15-20 minutes then the call cuts , they need to give customers feedback or else l have other policies with them and l will cancel all my policies and take my business else where - the worst thing is l cant track if this claim was processed where l stand nothing .
