Terrible Service
Sanlam's service is pathetic to say the least. It is an absolute mission trying to call them to get assistance with your RA. Getting ahold of someone at SARS is much more efficient than Sanlam!! I will definitely transfer my Pension Fund because of the service. Their online service times out and the person sending you the docs is out of office with no direction on who can assist in the interim!!! Pathetic!!
