Terrible service and a disappointment
Terrible service and a disappointment, Since I have requested my provident fund payment, no one has contacted me and had the decency to send me a message, I keep phoning with no positive feedback, not even my tax directive was done , when I phone to follow up they tell me I have to wait more even though I was told in the beggining it would only take 10 to 15 working days, which we are WELL OVER. This is UNACCEPTABLE, Customers should not be treated like this. Now I hear that my withdrawal was not submitted which causes a huge concern for a corporate company to be doing this to their clients. can someone call me on *** and sort out my payment IMMEDIATLEY AS THIS HAS IMPACTED ME NEGATIVELY,DUE TO MAKING COMMITMENTS ON THE BASIS OF WHAT WAS TOLD TO ME BY SANLAM....THEY HAVE NOTE STUCK TO THEIR 10 TO 15 WORKING DAYS. My previous employer has submitted everything and I am not sure of the delay on sanlams side., WHY AM I NOT PAID, CAN SOMEONE CALL ME URGENTLY
