Terrible service

I have been trying to call Sanlam Icover for the past two days and every time i call they say someone will call me back but i receive no calls, all i require is a policy schedule and they are so dam useless, i will definitely not recommend them to anyone as your loved ones will surely have an issue when they need to claim.
