Terrible Service!
The service is **********. You wait forever on a call or the phone line cuts out or the person on the other side just keeps quiet. Been waiting for feedback for a week whereas documents requested gets sent back and forth and no one responds to emails or does not have valid answers when calling. Been waiting on approval of a loan and it’s very frustrating when told I have been approved however waiting on documentation which I’ve sent more than 8 times. Not happy with the service at all.
