Terrible service

I would like to know if assupol actually has anyone working for them or if it's a ghost company. I have been sending emails upon emails with no reply. I am very concerned that when I actually have to make a claim that I will have trouble. I need someone from assupol to contact me. The lack of service is really alarming.
