Terrible Sanlam service. Public beware

I regret everything having any dealings with Sanlam. Their service is beyond pathetic. Their call centre staff ate generally useless, *********** and rude. Their head office is just as diabolical. The public should think twice before investing their hard money with these shared who have no interest in serving customers but just want your money. Tread very carefully and if possible, try other service providers. It's been two years that I am trying to get Sanlam to treat me fairly as a customer.
