Terrible customer service
The customer service from Sanlam is the worst, i have been trying to get in contact with them for a couple of weeks with no luck. I have been emailing the client care email address but they never get back to me. I don't want to deal with them anymore, i want to withdraw my funds and cancel the retirement plan i have with them.

01 Nov 2024, 14:57We have done this before, gave you my details, your complains department emailed me a few times but my problem has still not been resolved. Right now i just an agent to phone me to assist with withdrawing the funds and cancelling the retirement plan policy
