termination of trust not paid out
i recieved a letter from sanlam that i can now apply for termination of trust since i have turned 21, i app**** on the 29th of july and it has now been 2 months without any payment recieved and on the letter it stated that it will only take 5 days to 10 days. i have been calling them and no one is helping me resolve this quickly, its so frustrating because i owe tuition fees which i planned to pay them with that money and now i have interests going up because of my debts. their office no is ***, i am even starting to think they are ***** people.
