Termination of trust fund account

Hello Peter,it's Zanele Hlongwane here,yes Creldine oktober called him and asked if his receiving a disability grant from the government or if he is on medication?I don't understand why all these questions,my son Lindokuhle is intellectual disable he couldn't understand all the questions directed to him let alone answer and when I tried explaining that I was told not to speak on his behalf.Lindokuhle turned 18 on the 1st of July and his trust fund matured, we submitted all the required documents on the 21st of August.why is it difficult for Sanlam to give my son what's due to him? Creldine oktober promised to call again around 2 in the afternoon but she never did.please please help.this is just not fair.

Hello there,I got a call from Sanlam this afternoon regarding my son's trust fund and they're busy with the matter.thank you so much for your assistance.i don't know what the outcome will be but I remain hopeful and I'll update on every development.
