Termination of the RA
Due to unhappiness Sanlam don't want to cancel my RA , I have send numerous mail since the begin of July and did a follow up , to my surprise they say never got the my mail need me to resend it again.
Last mai I got is that my refund will be done on the 1 September 2026 . but no communique .
*** which need to be closed.
